About me

I have over 37 years of experience in health care, working as a nurse, midwife, and in the dietetic department, as well as teaching, and assessing health care professionals as a Vocational Practice Educator.

I firmly believe that education is essential in empowering clients to gain the knowledge they need to take responsibility for their health and well-being.

Throughout my career, I have obtained various qualifications in supporting lifestyle changes. I hold a degree in Health Studies, a Master’s in Exercise and Nutrition, and a Master’s in Maharishi Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine.

If you choose to work with me to support your lifestyle changes, I will provide a personalized, holistic approach as I will get to the root cause with Maharishi Ayurveda.
